The state of the art Villa Giorgio was recently completed in 2011.  This Villa is set in a lush green valley locally known as Potamakia (little rivers) adjacent to the famous Mounda beach, nesting site of the loggerhead turtle.   Overlooking the island of Zakynthos, it’s just a short walk to the soft sandy beach that spans over 2 ½ km.  A perfect location, the setting is tranquil yet less than 1 km from a mini mart, cantina, hotel and a couple tavernas.  The Potamakia valley is conveniently located between the villages of Skala and Ratzakli.  Sharing a driveway with it's sister villa, Costa, Villa Giorgio is very private because of the construction design and ample vegetation.  The back deck and pool area are south facing and have ample sun throughout the day.  Below the lovely garden lies a beautifully shaded area with a swing set, picnic tables and a well.  We do recommend car hire for this villa due to it’s private location.
